Position Summary:
- 10+ years experience in progressively more responsible advertising agency account positions required
- Manage select agency accounts, as well as the development of long-term relationships with client contacts to support the expansion of repeat business.
- Day-to-day contact for clients from initial briefing through implementation.
- Liaise between client management and agency, serving as the direct contact point among client, internal creative, strategic and productions teams.
- Develop significant repeat business through successful project management, consulting and strong client relationship skills.
- Responsible for a full understanding of the client's brand strategy, category and competition as well as ensuring that all agency activity is in alignment with, supports, and adds value to that strategy.
- Partner with Senior Creative teams to maximize the effectiveness and appropriateness of creative work from development of creative brief; timely scheduling of internal reviews; guidance as related to alignment with brief, account strategy and understanding of client issues to client presentation preparation and delivery.
- Develop and orchestrate project timelines and schedule appropriate resources to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.
- Ensure a smooth transition of the creative/strategic process to the production process, including the timely involvement of the production and/or technology team in the creative review process.
- Management of financial activity through development of proposals and budget estimates, negotiations with client, profitability reviews and weekly revenue recognition data.
